Press the Lamp Test control button and visually verify that all transfer switch
indicator lamps turn on. See
A short circuit in the load results in a power failure on the active inlet. The
PX3TS monitors load current and does NOT perform an automatic power
transfer if power fails because of an overload. Instead, the PX3TS activates the
Overload alarm and turns on the Overload lamp. See
(on page 118).
You can clear the overload alarm manually by holding Alarm Override and
clicking Manual Transfer.
The overload threshold differs according to your model's rating.
The total number of outlets varies from model to model.

PX3TS-1000 Series

These models are NOT outlet-switching capable so all outlets are always in the
ON state.
Outlet LEDs are not available.

PX3TS-5000 Series

These models are outlet-switching capable. A small LED adjacent to each outlet
indicates the outlet or PDU state. The PDU is shipped from the factory with all
outlets turned ON. The table below explains how to interpret different outlet
LED states.
