Special Character Requirement
This command determines whether a strong password includes at least a
special character.
Variables:
•
<option> is one of the options: enable or disable.
Option Description
enable At least one special character is required.
disable No special character is required.
Maximum Password History
This command determines the number of previous passwords that CANNOT be
repeated when changing the password.
config:# security strongPasswords passwordHistoryDepth <value>
Variables:
•
<value> is an integer between 1 and 12.
Role-Based Access Control
In addition to firewall access control based on IP addresses, you can configure
other access control rules that are based on both IP addresses and users' roles.
