3.5.2 Cleaning the IRB 1200 with protection type Hygienic
Action
Rinse thoroughly with water to remove the disin-
fection.
Wipe the surface dry with lint free cloth.
If user tools are removed from the robot flange
before the cleaning, then, after cleaning,
• Make sure no residues left on the tool
flange or screw holes before reinstall the
tools or any other accessories to the flange.
Action
Before cleaning,
• Make sure no spraying or ejecting of any
detergents, disinfectants and water to the
robot surfaces during the cleaning.
Use the lint free cloth to remove soils or any other
contaminant from the to-be-cleaned surfaces.
Make sure no visible residues left.
Spray disinfectant DRYSAN
surfaces.
Wait 2-3 minutes for disinfectant volatilization and
then wipe the robot with lint free cloth.
