Command Reference Guide
set ip dscp
Use the set ip dscp command to configure the route map to set the differentiated services code point
(DSCP) value in the IP header of the packet for traffic serviced by this route map. For more details on
DSCP values, refer to the command
remove the specified DSCP value. Variations of this command include:
set ip dscp <value>
set ip dscp afxx
set ip dscp csx
set ip dscp default
set ip dscp ef

Usage Examples
The following example instructs the route map named MYMAP to set the IP header with a DSCP AF
Class 1, Subclass 2 (af12):
(config)#route-map MYMAP permit 100
(config-route-map)#set ip dscp af12
60000CRG0-35E
match ip dscp on page
Specifies the DSCP numeric value. Valid range is 0 to 63.
Specifies the assured forwarding (AF) class and subclass. Select from: 11
(001010), 12 (001100), 13 (001110), 21 (010010), 22 (010100),
23 (010110), 31 (011010), 32 (011100), 33 (011110), 41 (100010),
42 (100100), or 43 (100110).
Specifies the class selector (CS) value. Valid range is 1 to 7.
Specifies the default IP DSCP value (000000).
Specifies marking for expedited forwarding (EF).
