PTBPE Pull Enable for Port B Bit
These bits determines if the internal pullup/pulldown device is enabled for the associated PTB pin. For port
B pins that are configured as outputs, these bits have no effect and the internal pullup/pulldown devices
are disabled.
NOTE: PTB0-PTB2 is default pulldown, can not be pullup enabled. PTB3-PTB5 can be pulldown
0 Internal pullup//pulldown device disabled for port B bit n.
1 Internal pullup/pulldown device enabled for port B bit n.
