Notes on Flash Memory R Version Model

There are two models with on-chip flash memory in the H8/3067 Group: the flash memory version
(HD64F3067) and the flash memory R version (HD64F3067R). Points to be noted when using the
flash memory R version are given below.
1.4.1

Pin Arrangement

The flash memory R version has the same pin arrangement as the flash memory version and mask
ROM versions.

Differences in Flash Memory R Version

Table 1.5 shows the differences between the flash memory version, flash memory R version, and
