Display details of the status determining error.

If you go to the Diagnostics tab and click the
current error, the Error details dialog box displays further information on the error:
 Click the Help about error... button to open the online help with information on the
error cause and possible remedies.

 The >> more details button serves to provide more information about the structure of
the 16-bit error number:
