Example: Cycle time = 500 ms, blocking time = 100 ms, data change sporadically:
 In the case of a sporadic data change < 500 ms, due to the blocking time set, a
transmission takes place every 100 ms as quickly as possible (event-controlled
transmission). The transmission cycle timer is reset to 0 if "event-controlled
transmission" has been activated.
 In the case of a sporadic data change > 500 ms, due to the cycle time set, transmission
takes place every 500 ms (cyclic transmission).

