Association name for the created Ethernet OAM Association.
Specifies the domain name used while creating the management domain
for which this management association is created.
Sender ID TLV is not to be sent.
Chassis ID Length, Chassis ID Subtype and Chassis ID TLV are to be
present.
The contents of the Sender ID TLV are determined by the correspond-
ing MD object 'dot1agCfmMdIdPermission'.
