MPLS LDP Commands
configure router ldp maximum-recovery-time
Configures the Maximum Recovery Time value for the local LDP router. This time value specifies the
amount of time the router retains stale MPLS label-forwarding equivalence class (FEC) bindings received
from a neighboring LDP router as the result of a graceful restart process.
configure router ldp maximum-recovery-time seconds
configure router ldp no maximum-recovery-time
Syntax Definitions
seconds
Defaults
By default, the Maximum Recovery Time is set to 120 seconds.
Platforms Supported
OmniSwitch 9000E
Usage Guidelines
•
Use the no form of this command to set the Maximum Recovery Time to the default value.
•
If the neighboring router advertises a Recovery Time that is less than the local Maximum Recovery
Time value, then the local router applies the Recovery Time to the stale label-FEC bindings it receives
from that same router instead of the Maximum Recovery time value.
Examples
-> configure router ldp maximum-recovery-time 300
-> configure router ldp no maximum-recovery-time
