Commands that Control Controller Operations
Commands that Read or Change Current Settings
The following commands can be input from the host computer to the Control-
ler. Common commands have abbreviations that are shown in parentheses.
Unify the communications specifications in the Controller and external device
before initiating communications.
Input commands from either the RS-232C/RS-422 or Ethernet connection.
Commands from both cannot be input at the same time.
Use the following commands to execute operations in the Controller, such as
executing measurements and switching scenes.
Command
CLRMEAS Clears the measurement values for the current
scene.
DISPCOND Reads the current image display conditions.
Changes the current image display conditions.
DISPIMG Reads the memory number containing the image
being displayed.
Changes the display image.
EXIT Ends the Ethernet (TELNET) connection and dis-
connects the line.
MEASOUT Confirms the Controller mode (Monitor/Run).
Changes the Controller mode (Monitor/Run).
MEASURE(M) Executes one measurement.
Executes one measurement on the image being
displayed.
Starts continuous measurement.
Stops continuous measurement.
MENUKEY Switches the serial interface input to Menu Opera-
tion.
MODELSET Registers the specified unit's model again.
RESET Resets the Controller.
SCENE(S) Reads the scene number being used.
Switches the scene number.
SCNGROUP Reads the scene group number being used.
Switches the scene group number.
Use the following commands to change settings or specify operations while
reading the Controller settings on the host side.
Settings conditions can be read or reset and measurement results can be
obtained.

DATE Reads the current date and time.
Sets the date and time.
PASSWORD Reads the password.
UNITDATA Reads or sets data for units set for the current
scene.
UNITDAT2 Reads or sets character strings for QUEST char-
acter verification.
VERGET Reads the system's version information.
