judgement is performed.
1. Judgement based on judgement conditions set for each unit
As a result, "0.000" (OK) or "-1.000" (NG) is output to the measurement re-
sult.
2. Judgement of the measurement result from (1) based on the upper and
lower judgement limits for that screen
