The EC Circle Count processing item counts the number of circles of a speci-
fied size. Circles are extracted using "round" shape information and the pro-
cess is not affected even if the circles are deformed or there are internal
defects.
Example: Counting Number of Circles
Circles are recognized and counted even if they are deformed or if there are
internal defects. The permissible range for defects can be changed.
