Water chamber: Removal - Refitting

a Rotate the turbocharger air outlet pipe clip (4) .
a Remove the nut from the turbocharger air outlet
pipe.
a Loosen the clip on the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Remove the turbocharger outlet air pipe.
a Remove the bolt (5) from the turbocharger oil pipe.
a Move aside the turbocharger oil pipe.
COOLING

a Disconnect the coolant hose (6) from the water
chamber inlet.
a Separate the clip (7) of the coolant hose at the water
chamber outlet using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Disconnect the coolant hose from the water cham-
ber outlet.

a Separate the clip (8) of the coolant hose at the water
chamber inlet using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Disconnect the coolant hose from the water cham-
ber inlet.
