Fuel tank: Removal - Refitting
K9K or M9R or V9X
ELECTRONIC PARKING BRAKE
a Clip the electronic parking brake control unit wiring
to the fuel tank.
a Fit the electronic parking brake control unit mount-
ing.
a Torque tighten the electronic parking brake con-
trol unit mounting bolts (21 N.m).
a Connect the electronic parking brake control nut
mounting connector.
M9R, and 802 or 805
a Refit the particle filter (see 19B, Exhaust, Particle
filter: Removal - Refitting, page 19B-71) .
M9R, and 742
a Refit the connecting hose (see 19B, Exhaust, Con-
necting hose: Removal - Refitting, page 19B-135)
K9K, and 780
a Refit the intermediate pipe (see 19B, Exhaust, In-
termediate pipe: Removal - Refitting, page 19B-
56) .
V9X
a Refit the intermediate pipe.
a Fit a new sleeve between the particle filter and the
intermediate pipe (see 19B, Exhaust, Exhaust:
Precautions for the repair, page 19B-18) .
K9K or M9R
a Refit the silencer (see 19B, Exhaust, Silencer: Re-
moval - Refitting, page 19B-64) .
TANK
a Remove the blanking plugs from the fuel level sen-
sor module.
a Connect:
- the fuel pipe unions to the fuel level sensor module,
- the fuel level sensor module connector.
a Refit the rear bench seat.
a Close the access flap for the fuel level sensor mod-
ule.
a Connect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refit-
ting) (80A, Battery).
