Filler neck: Removal - Refitting
F4R or K4M or M4R or V4Y
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Cut the clip (7) on the « filler neck - fuel tank » con-
necting hose on the fuel tank side.
a Disconnect:
- the anti-splashback pipe from the filler neck at (8) ,
- the fuel tank filler neck hose.
a Remove the filler neck.
TANK
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a parts always to be replaced: Fuel pipe clip be-
tween the fuel tank filler neck and the fuel tank
(11,08,01,05).
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the filler neck.
a Connect:
- the filler neck hose to the fuel tank,
- the filler neck anti-splashback pipe.
a Refit a new clip on the fuel tank end of the « filler
neck - fuel tank » connecting hose.

III - FINAL OPERATION
a Torque tighten the fuel tank bolts (21 N.m).
ELECTRONIC PARKING BRAKE
a Torque tighten the electronic parking brake con-
trol unit mounting bolts (21 N.m).
a Refit the rear left-hand underbody protector.
a Torque tighten the filler neck earth bolt (21 N.m).
a Refit:
- the rear right-hand wheel arch liner (see Rear
wheel arch liner: Removal - Refitting) (55A, Ex-
terior protection),

- the rear right-hand wheel (see Wheel: Removal -
Refitting) (35A, Wheels and tyres),
- the filler neck bolts.
a Close the fuel tank flap.
a Connect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refit-
ting) (80A, Battery).
