Engine cooling fan assembly: Removal - Refitting

a Remove:
- the cooling radiator top hose clip (3) using the tool
(Mot. 1448),
- the expansion bottle outlet hose clip (4) from the
cooling radiator using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Disconnect:
- the cooling radiator top hose,
- the expansion bottle outlet hose from the cooling
radiator.
a Unclip:
- the engine cooling fan assembly wiring,
- the air conditioning pressure sensor wiring from the
fan assembly.
a Remove:
- the engine cooling fan assembly wiring,
- the pressure sensor wiring.
a Unclip the cooling radiator top and bottom hose from
the engine cooling fan assembly.

a Unclip the engine cooling fan assembly from the ra-
diator at (5) by pushing it upwards to detach the
brackets holding it.
a Remove the engine cooling fan assembly upwards.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Fit the engine cooling fan assembly:
a Clip the engine cooling fan assembly to the cooling
radiator.
a Fit:
- the engine cooling fan assembly wiring,
- the air conditioning pressure sensor wiring.
a Clip:
- the engine cooling fan assembly wiring,
- the air conditioning pressure sensor wiring.
a Connect:
- the engine cooling fan assembly connectors,
- the connector of the air conditioning pressure sen-
a Clip the cooling radiator top and bottom hose onto
the engine cooling fan assembly.
