Cooling radiator: Removal - Refitting

a Rotate the clip (7) on the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Disconnect the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Remove the intercooler inlet air pipe.

a Loosen the clip (8) on the intercooler air outlet pipe.
a Disconnect the intercooler air outlet pipe.
a Move the intercooler outlet air pipe to one side.

a Unclip the air conditioning pipe (9) from the inter-
cooler.
a Separate the air conditioning pipe from the intercool-
er.
a Unclip the cooling hose from the intercooler.
a Separate the cooling hose from the intercooler.
