Cooling radiator: Removal - Refitting

II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- the intercooler,
- the condenser,
- the fan assembly.
Note:
Check that the components are correctly fitted.
a Fit the cooling assembly.
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Connect the air conditioning hoses to the condens-
er.
a Torque tighten the air conditioning hose nuts on
the condenser (8 N.m).
a Connect:
- the cooling radiator top hose to the cooling radiator,
- the cooling radiator bottom hose to the cooling ra-
diator.
a Fit:
- the cooling radiator top hose clip using the tool
(Mot. 1448),
- the cooling radiator bottom hose clip using the tool
(Mot. 1448).
a Connect the hose between the cooling radiator and
the expansion bottle.
a Fit the clip on the hose between the cooling radiator
and the expansion bottle using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Fit the air deflectors.
M9R, and 742 or 744 or 746 or 748 or 754
a Fit the fan assembly wiring.
a Clip the wiring onto the fan assembly nozzle.
a Connect the fan assembly connector.
COOLING
M9R, and 800 or 802 or 805 or 806 or 808 or 809
or 816 or 845 or 849
a Fit the fan assembly wiring.
a Clip the fan assembly wiring onto the fan assembly
nozzle.
a Connect the fan assembly connectors.
a Connect:
- the connector of the fan assembly resistors,
- the connector of the air conditioning pressure sen-
a Rotate the intercooler air inlet pipe clip in order to fit
the clip into the neck of the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Connect the intercooler air inlet pipe to the intercool-
er.
a Connect the intercooler air outlet pipe on the inter-
cooler.
a Push the clip of the intercooler air outlet pipe.
a Refit:
- the front end panel (see Front end panel: Remov-
- the headlights (see Headlight: Removal - Refit-
- the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
a Connect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refit-
ting) (80A, Battery).
a Refill:
- the refrigerant fluid circuit using the refrigerant
- and bleed the cooling system (see 19A, Cooling,

Check that the intercooler air inlet pipe is cor-
rectly clipped onto the intercooler.

Check that the intercooler air outlet pipe is cor-
rectly clipped onto the intercooler.
