Electric coolant pump: Removal - Refitting

a Disconnect the connector (7) from the electric cool-
ant pump.
a Move aside the electric coolant pump wiring.
a Unclip the bonnet release cable from the electric
coolant pump support.
a Remove:
- the electric coolant pump support bolt (8) ,
- the « electric coolant pump - electric coolant pump
support » assembly.

a Remove the clips (9) from the electric coolant pump:
- by pushing the screwdriver at (X) ,
- by pushing the screwdriver at (Y) .
a Remove the electric coolant pump.
REFITTING THE TURBOCHARGER

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- the electric coolant pump to its mounting,
- the electric coolant pump clips,
- the « electric coolant pump - electric coolant pump
a Clip the bonnet release cable engine onto the elec-
tric coolant pump support.
a Position the electric coolant pump wiring.
a Connect:
- the electric coolant pump connector,
- the cooling hose at the electric coolant pump outlet.
a Fit the cooling hose clip at the electric coolant pump
outlet using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Connect the cooling hose at the electric coolant
pump inlet.
a Fit the cooling hose clip at the electric coolant pump
inlet using the tool (Mot. 1448).
