Exhaust gas pressure sensor: Removal - Refitting
M9R, and 802 or 805 or 806 or 808 or 809 or 816 or 845 or 849
a Remove the exhaust gas pressure sensor pipe clip
(4) using the (Mot. 1448).
a Remove the exhaust gas pressure sensor clip (5) .
a Disconnect the exhaust gas pressure sensor pipe
(6) .
a Remove the exhaust gas pressure sensor from its
mounting.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the exhaust gas pressure sensor on its mount-
ing.
a Connect the exhaust gas pressure sensor pipe.
a Refit:
- the exhaust gas pressure sensor clip,
- the exhaust gas pressure sensor pipe clip using the
tool (Mot. 1448).
- the exhaust gas pressure sensor with its pipe,
- the exhaust gas pressure sensor bolt on the lifting
eye,
- the exhaust gas pressure sensor hollow bolt on the
turbocharger.
a Tighten the following in order:
- the exhaust gas pressure sensor bolt on the lifting
eye,

- the exhaust gas pressure sensor hollow bolt on the
a Connect the exhaust gas pressure sensor connec-
tor.
II - FINAL OPERATION.
a Refit the engine cover.
