Fuel tank: Removal - Refitting
K9K or M9R or V9X
a Remove the clip (24) from the « filler neck - fuel
tank » connecting hose on the fuel tank side,
a Disconnect the fuel tank filler neck hose on the fuel
tank side.
V9X
a Disconnect the fuel filter fuel pipe union (25) from
the exhaust fuel injector.
TANK
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART

a Unclip the fuel pipes from the fuel tank.
a Remove:
- the fuel tank bolts (26) ,
- the fuel tank.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a parts always to be replaced: Fuel pipe clip be-
tween the fuel tank filler neck and the fuel tank
(11,08,01,05).
4-WHEEL STEERING
a Always replace the four wheel drive actuator nuts.
a Check the condition of the rubber bush between the
137812
rear axle and the four wheel drive actuator. If the
rubber bush is damaged in the forged wrench, re-
place the rubber bush (see Rear axle rubber bush
- 4-wheel steering actuator: Removal - Refitting)
(33A,Rear axle components).
If the fuel tank is being replaced
a Remove the fuel level sensor module (see Fuel lev-
el sensor module: Removal - Refitting) .
