a
Note:
Check that the seals of the intercooler air inlet
and outlet pipes are fitted the right way round
a Refit:
- a new intercooler air outlet pipe seal,
- a new intercooler air inlet pipe seal.
a Disconnect the four transparent pipes of the tool
(Mot. 1711) on the diesel injectors.
a Connect the diesel injector fuel return rail unions to
the diesel injectors.
Note:
Check that the unions of the fuel return rail are
correctly connected.
Note:
If the diesel injector fuel return rail pipe does not
hold when pulled upwards after it was fitted, cut
off a small piece of it and refit it.
a Refit the injector rail protector cover.
a Clip on the damper valve wiring.
a Fit the clip for the intercooler air outlet pipe.
a Clip the intercooler air outlet pipe on the damper
valve.
DIESEL INJECTION
Injector leak flow: Check

a Clip on the wiring of the turbocharging pressure sen-
sor.
a Connect the turbocharger pressure sensor connec-
tor.
a Refit the clip of the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Clip the intercooler air inlet pipe onto the turbocharg-
er air outlet pipe.
a Refit:
- the bolt on the intercooler air inlet pipe,
- the nut on the intercooler air inlet pipe.
