Right-hand suspended engine mounting: Removal - Refitting

a Fit the (Mot. 1453) equipped with (Mot. 1453-01)
(7) and a safety strap(s) (8) .
a Remove the right-hand suspended engine mounting
bolts (9) on the body.
a Lift the engine slightly using the (Mot. 1453)
equipped with the (Mot. 1453-01) to detach the rub-
ber pad from the body.
a Remove:
- the bolts (10) from the right-hand suspended en-
gine mounting on the cylinder head,
- the right-hand suspended engine mounting.

REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Fit the right-hand suspended engine mounting on
the cylinder head.
a Refit the right-hand suspended engine mounting
bolts on the cylinder head.
a Torque tighten the right-hand suspended engine
mounting bolts on the body (62 Nm).
a Lower the engine using the (Mot. 1453) equipped
with the (Mot. 1453-01) to bring the rubber pad in
contact with the body.
a Position the rubber pad according to the marks
made during removal.
a Refit the right-hand suspended engine mounting
bolts on the body.
a Remove the (Mot. 1453) then the (Mot. 1453-01).
a Torque tighten the right-hand suspended engine
mounting bolts on the body (62 Nm).
a Fit the upper engine tie-bar.
a Refit:
- the upper engine tie-bar bolt on the body,
- the upper engine tie-bar bolt on the cylinder head.
a Torque tighten the upper engine tie-bar bolt on
the body (115 Nm).
a Tighten the upper engine tie-bar bolt on the cylinder
head.
II - FINAL OPERATION.
a Refit:
- the lower engine tie-bar,
- the lower engine tie-bar bolts.
a Torque tighten the lower engine tie-bar bolts (190
Nm).
a Refit:
- the engine undertray,
- the engine undertray bolts,
- the expansion bottle,
- the expansion bottle bolt.
a Tighten the expansion bottle bolt.
a Clip on the fuel pipes.
