Hydraulic distributor wiring: Removal - Refitting

- the protection and switching unit (see Protection
and Switching Unit: Removal - Refitting) (87G,
Engine compartment connection unit),
- the air filter unit (see Air filter unit: Removal - Re-
fitting) (12A, Fuel mixture),
- the air outlet pipe of the air filter unit.
a Connect the oil vapour rebreathing pipe.
a Refit the oil vapour rebreathing pipe clip using the
tool (Mot. 1448).
a Torque tighten the clips for the air filter unit air
outlet pipe and the clip at the inlet of the throttle
valve (5.5 N.m).
a Refit the brake servo vacuum pipe.
a Connect:
- brake servo vacuum pipe ,
- the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refitting)
(80A, Battery).
a Top up the automatic transmission (see 23A, Auto-
matic gearbox, Automatic gearbox oil: Draining -
Filling, page 23A-29) .
a Apply the after repair procedure using the Diagnos-
tic tool :
- connect the Diagnostic tool,
- select « Gearbox computer » ,
- go to repair mode,
- display the « Before/after repair procedure » for the
computer selected,
- select « Hydraulic distributor wiring » in the section
« List of components controlled by this computer »
,
- carry out the operations described in the « After re-
pair procedure » section.
