Cooling system: Draining - Refilling

a Remove the drain screw (2) from the cooling radia-
tor.
a Separate the clip (3) on the bottom cooling hose of
the additional cooling radiator using the tool (Mot.
1448).
a Disconnect the bottom cooling hose from the addi-
tional cooling radiator.

a Remove the drain screw (4) from the cylinder block.

a Use a compressed air nozzle to blow air into the
cooling system through the expansion bottle open-
ing to drain as much coolant as possible.
II - CLEANING
a Fill the cooling system with water through the expan-
sion bottle.
a Let the water run until the water collected by the
cooling radiator bottom hose runs clear.
