a Remove the intercooler air inlet pipe seal using a
tweezers.
a Refit the new intercooler air inlet pipe seals.
Note:
Check that the seal (9) on the intercooler air inlet
pipe is fitted the correct way round.

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- the starter,
- the starter bolts.
a Torque tighten the starter bolts (44 Nm).
a Attach the starter wiring.
a Position the earth strap.
a Torque tighten the earth strap bolt (21 Nm).
a Refit the starter connections.
a Torque tighten:
- the nut on the positive terminal of the starter (8
Nm) (10) ,
- the nut on the excitation terminal of the starter
(5 Nm) (11) .
a Fit the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Connect:
- the intercooler air inlet pipe on the turbocharger
side,
- the intercooler air inlet pipe on the intercooler side.
Note:
The pipe is correctly connected when the clip
returns to its locking position (beep sounds).
a Refit the engine undertray.
