- the high pressure pipes between the rail and injec-
tor on the back row (see 13B, Diesel injection,
High pressure pipe between rail and injector:
Removal - Refitting, page 13B-161) .
a Drain the cooling system (see 19A, Cooling, Cool-
ing system: Draining - Refilling, page 19A-16) .
a Remove:
- the high pressure pipe between the rails (see 13B,
Diesel injection, High pressure pipe between
rails: Removal - Refitting, page 13B-184) ,
- the rigid exhaust gas recirculation pipe (see 14A,
Antipollution, Exhaust gas recirculation rigid
pipe: Removal - Refitting, page 14A-62) .
DIESEL INJECTION

a Separate the clip (1) on the turbocharger cooling
hose using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Disconnect the turbocharger cooling hose.
a Remove:
- the nut (2) from the turbocharger rigid cooling pipe,
- the nuts (3) from the turbocharger heat shield.
a Undo the nut (4) of the turbocharger heat shield.
