High pressure pump: Removal - Refitting

a Disconnect the heater plug connectors (14) .
a Disconnect:
- the diesel injector connectors (15) ,
- the flow regulation solenoid valve connector (16) ,
- the pressure regulation solenoid valve connector
(17) ,
- the fuel temperature sensor connector (18) .
a Unclip the injection wiring clip (19) .
a Remove the nut (20) from the injection wiring brack-
et.

a Move aside the rail protector injection wiring.
a Remove:
- the rail protector drain pipe,
- the rail protector nuts (21) ,
- the rail protector bolt (22) ,
- the rail protector,
- the high pressure pipe between the pump and the
rail (see 13B, Diesel injection, High pressure
pipe between pump and rail: Removal - Refit-
ting, page 13B-140) .
