Diesel return pipe: Removal - Refitting

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Unclip the fuel return pipe.
WARNING
T o prevent impurities from entering the circuit,
place protective plugs on all fuel circuit compo-
nents exposed to the open air.
a Disconnect the fuel return pipe (4) .
a Fit blanking plugs.

a Disconnect the fuel return pipe (5) on the high pres-
sure pump.
a Fit a blanking plug.
a Remove the fuel return pipe.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Remove the intercooler air inlet pipe seal at the tur-
bocharger end using a tweezers.
