Exhaust gas recirculation rigid pipe: Removal - Refitting

II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Fit a new exhaust gas recirculation rigid pipe.
a Refit new clips for the exhaust gas recirculation rigid
pipe.
a Torque tighten the clips of the rigid exhaust gas
recirculation pipe (5 N.m).
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit:
- the exhaust gases duct at the turbocharger outlet
(see Turbocharger outlet exhaust gas duct: Re-
moval - Refitting) ,
- the engine undertray,
- the exhaust fuel injector cooler (see 19B, Exhaust,
Exhaust fuel injector cooler: Removal - Refit-
ting, page 19B-125) .
a Connect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refit-
ting) (80A, Battery).
