Alternator pulley: Removal - Refitting

a Using a pneumatic wrench, loosen the alternator
pulley (anti-clockwise).
a Remove:
- the tools,
- the alternator pulley.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Screw the new alternator pulley onto the alternator
rotor.
STARTING - CHARGING

a Set up the tools from the kit (Mot. 1732) :
- the torx 50 bit (3) in the alternator rotor,
- the splined socket (4) in the alternator pulley.
a Immobilise the alternator rotor using the Torx 50 bit.
a Torque tighten the alternator pulley (82 N.m) using
a torque wrench (5) fitted with a 15 mm open-ended
spanner.
a Remove the tools.
a Clip on the new alternator pulley cap.
