Expansion bottle: Removal - Refitting

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Fit the tool (Ms. 583) on the bottom cooling hose of
the expansion bottle.
a Separate the clip (7) on the bottom cooling hose of
the expansion bottle.
a Disconnect the bottom cooling hose from the expan-
sion bottle.
a Remove the bolt (8) from the expansion bottle.
COOLING
a Remove the expansion bottle:

- by pulling the expansion bottle at (X) ,
- by lifting the expansion bottle at (Y) .
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the expansion bottle.
a Connect the bottom cooling hose to the expansion
bottle.
a Fit the bottom cooling hose clip using the tool (Mot.
1448).
a Remove the tool (Ms. 583) from the bottom cooling
hose.
II - FINAL OPERATION
a Connect the expansion bottle top hose.
a Fit:
- the top cooling hose clip using the tool (Mot. 1448),
- the manual priming pump on the expansion bottle.
a Clip the manual priming pump onto the expansion
bottle.
a Fit the fuel pipes on the expansion bottle.
a Clip the fuel pipes onto the expansion bottle.

a Refit the power-assisted steering reservoir support.
