Left-hand suspended engine mounting: Removal - Refitting
M9R, and 805 or 809 or 845 or 849
a Gently lower the gearbox to detach the gearbox sup-
port from the rubber pad.
a Remove:
- the bolts (4) securing the gearbox support.
- the gearbox support (5) ,
- the bolts (6) securing the gearbox support.
- the gearbox support (7) .

REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- the gearbox support (8) on the side member,
- the gearbox support bolts (9) on the side member.
a Torque tighten the gearbox support bolts on the
side member (105 N.m) (9) .
a Refit:
- the gearbox support (10) on the gearbox,
- the gearbox support bolts (11) on the gearbox.
a Torque tighten the gearbox support bolts on the
gearbox (105 N.m) (11) .
a Refit the rubber pad nut.
a Tighten the rubber pad nut.
II - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit the lower engine tie-bar (see 19D, Engine
mounting, Lower engine tie-bar: Removal - Refit-
ting, page 19D-85) .
a Remove the (Mot. 1453) and (Mot. 1453-01).
a Fit the wiring harness channel.
a Refit:
- the diesel injection computer (see 13B, Diesel in-
jection, Diesel injection computer: Removal -
Refitting, page 13B-36) ,
