REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Position the vehicle on a two-post lift (see Vehicle:
Towing and lifting) (02A, Lifting equipment).
a Remove:
- the engine undertray bolts,
- the engine undertray,
- the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refitting)
(80A, Battery),
- the battery tray (see Battery tray: Removal - Re-
fitting) (80A, Battery),
- the air filter unit (see 12A, Fuel mixture, Air filter
unit: Removal - Refitting, page 12A-13) .
ENGINE MOUNTING
62 Nm

a Remove the petrol injection computer mounting nut
(1) .
a Move aside the wiring harness channel at (2) .
a Fit:
- the (Mot. 1453) (3) ,
- a safety strap(s).
a Mark the position of the suspended mounting on the
body.
