Cooling radiator: Removal - Refitting

- the clip for the bottom cooling hose on the cooling
radiator using the (Mot. 1448).
a Clip the hoses to the engine cooling fan assembly.
a Clip on the pressostat wiring.
a Connect the air conditioning pressostat connector.
a Clip:
- the engine cooling fan assembly resistor wiring,
- the engine cooling fan assembly wiring connector.
a Connect:
- the fan unit resistor connector,
- the engine cooling fan assembly connector.
a Place the intercooler air inlet pipe clip (16) in its ini-
tial position.
a Clip the intercooler air inlet pipe onto the intercooler.
a Place the intercooler air outlet pipe clip in its initial
position.
a Clip the intercooler air outlet pipe onto the intercool-
er.
a Refit the condenser (see Condenser: Removal -
Refitting) (MR 415, 62A, Air conditioning).
a Fill the refrigerant circuit (see Refrigerant circuit:
Draining - Filling) (MR 415, 62A, Air conditioning).
a Refit:
- the front end panel (see Front end panel: Remov-
al - Refitting) (MR 416, 42A, Upper front struc-
ture),
COOLING
- the headlights (see Headlight: Removal - Refit-
- the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
- the front wheels (see Wheel: Removal - Refitting)
- the engine undertray,
- the engine undertray bolts,
- the engine cover.
a Connect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refit-
ting) (MR 415, 80A, Battery).
a Fill the cooling system (see 19A, Cooling, Cooling
system: Draining - Refilling, page 19A-16) .
a Adjust the headlights (see Headlight: Adjustment)
