Electric coolant pump: Removal - Refitting

a Disconnect the connector (3) from the gearbox wir-
ing.
a Unclip the gearbox connector from its support.
a Unclip the gearbox wiring at (4) .
a Move aside the gearbox wiring.
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Fit the tools (Ms. 583) on the hoses at the electric
coolant pump inlet and outlet.
COOLING

a Separate the cooling hose clip (5) at the electric
coolant pump inlet using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Disconnect the cooling hose at the electric coolant
pump inlet.
a Separate the cooling hose clip (6) at the electric
coolant pump outlet using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Disconnect the cooling hose at the electric coolant
pump outlet.
