Coolant pump: Removal - Refitting

II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- a new coolant pump seal,
- the coolant pump.
a Torque tighten in order the pump bolts (25 N.m).
a Refit the coolant pump pulley.
a Torque tighten the coolant pump pulley bolts (21
N.m).
III - FINAL OPERATION
M9R, and 802 or 805 or 806 or 808 or 809 or 816
or 845 or 849
a Refit the power-assisted steering pump pulley.
a Torque tighten the power-assisted steering pump
pulley bolts (10 N.m).
a Refit:
- the accessories belt (see 11A, Top and front of
engine, Accessories belt: Removal - Refitting,
page 11A-13) ,
- the front right-hand wheel arch liner (see Front
wheel arch liner: Removal - Refitting) (55A, Ex-
terior protection),
- the front right-hand wheel (see Wheel: Removal -
Refitting) (35A, Wheels and tyres).
COOLING
a Connect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refit-
ting) (80A, Battery).
a Fill and bleed the cooling system (see 19A, Cool-
ing, Cooling system: Draining - Refilling, page
19A-16) .
a Refit:
- the engine cover,
- the engine undertray.
