Cooling radiator: Removal - Refitting

a Unclip the condenser at (18) .
a Lift the condenser in the direction of the arrow.
a Remove the condenser.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Always replace the air conditioning pipe seals.
COOLING
On the workbench
a Refit the condenser.
a Clip on the condenser.
a Refit the engine cooling fan assembly.
a Clip the engine cooling fan assembly in place.
a Refit the intercooler.
a Clip on the intercooler.
a Connect the intercooler air inlet and outlet pipes.
a Fit the air pipes' clip at the intercooler inlet and out-
let.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the « condenser - cooling radiator - engine
cooling fan assembly - intercooler » assembly.

III - FINAL OPERATION.
a Refit the cooling radiator air scoops.
a Connect the top cooling hose to the cooling radiator.
a Fit the top cooling hose clip on the cooling radiator
side using tool (Mot. 1448).
a Fit:
- the « compressor - intermediate pipe » connecting
- the « expansion valve - condenser » connecting

- the intercooler air outlet pipe,
- the air pipe at the intercooler inlet.
a Fit the following to the engine cooling fan assembly:
- the expansion bottle hose,
- the water chamber hose.
a Connect:
- the air temperature sensor,
- the air pressure sensor.

Note:
To enable the cooling radiator to cool properly, it
is essential to check that the air scoops are in the
right position and correctly sealed.
