Hydraulic distributor internal wiring: Removal - Refitting

- the temperature sensor retaining plate,
- the earth terminal,
- the wiring.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Clean the joint face on the automatic gearbox and
on the hydraulic distributor casing using SURFACE
CLEANER (see Vehicle: Parts and consumables
for the repair) (04B, Consumables - Products) tak-
ing care not to damage the contact surfaces.
AUTOMATIC GEARBOX
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- the wiring,
- the earth terminal,
- the temperature sensor retaining plate,
- the temperature sensor bolt (7) ,
- the earth bolts (8) .
Note:
The earth ter minal at (7) should be positioned
between the distributor and the temperature sen-
sor retaining plate so that the ear th terminal does
not break when the bolt is tightened.
a Tighten to torque:
- the retaining bolt for the temperature sensor (8
N.m) (7) ,
- the internal wiring earth bolts (8 N.m) (8) .
a Connect:
- the connectors for the solenoid valves,
- the pressure sensor connectors,
- the internal wiring connector.
a Push back the internal wiring retaining clips.
