a Remove:
- the gearbox bolts (12) ,
- the gearbox.

REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a
WARNING
To avoid damaging the slave cylinder, do not coat
the gearbox output shaft with grease.
WARNING
Do not grease the clutch shaft splines.
WARNING
To prevent leaks, replace the slave cylinder after
replacing the clutch pressure plate.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Position the component jack.
a Refit:
- the gearbox,
- the gearbox bolts.
a Remove the component support fitted with the tool
(Bvi. 1718).
a Torque tighten the gearbox bolts (44 Nm).
a Refit:
- the retaining bracket for the heater matrix pipes,
