a Disconnect the turbocharger pressure sensor con-
nector (4) .
a Unclip the wiring (5) of the turbocharging pressure
sensor.
a Pull the clip (6) of the intercooler air outlet pipe.
a Move the intercooler air outlet pipe to one side.
a Unclip the wiring (7) of the damper valve.

a Unclip the injector rail protector cover at (8) .
a Remove:
- the bolts (9) from the injector rail protector cover,
- the cover of the injector rail protector.
a Fit the clip for the intercooler air outlet pipe.
a Clip the intercooler air outlet pipe on the damper
valve.
a Connect the turbocharger pressure sensor connec-
tor.
a Refit the clip of the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Clip the intercooler air inlet pipe onto the turbocharg-
er air outlet pipe.
II - CHECKING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Apply the checking procedure using the Diagnostic
tool :
- connect the Diagnostic tool,
- select the « Diesel injection computer » ,
- go to repair mode,
- display the « Before/after repair procedure » for the
computer selected,
- select « High pressure pipe » in the « List of com-
ponents controlled by this computer » section,
- carry out the operations described in the « After re-
pair procedure » section.
