Cooling radiator: Removal - Refitting

On the workbench
a Remove the engine cooling fan assembly from the
cooling radiator by working the clips (11) .
a To remove the intercooler:
- press the tabs (12) on the intercooler,
- tilt the intercooler upwards,
- disengage (13) the intercooler from the cooling ra-
diator.

REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATIONS OPERATION
On the workbench

a Clip the intercooler at (14) then at (15) .
a Position the engine cooling fan assembly on the
cooling radiator.
a Clip the fan unit onto the cooling radiator.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the « cooling radiator - engine cooling fan as-
sembly - intercooler » assembly.
III - FINAL OPERATION.
a Position the air deflectors on the cooling radiator.
a Clip the air deflectors on the cooling radiator.
a Connect:

- the bottom cooling hose to the cooling radiator,
- the top cooling hose to the cooling radiator,
- the radiator expansion bottle degassing hose.
a Refit:
- the clip for the expansion bottle degassing hose on
- the clip for the top cooling hose on the cooling radi-
