Cooling radiator: Removal - Refitting

a Remove the intercooler.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Clean and degrease with SURFACE CLEANER
(see Vehicle: Parts and consumables for the re-
pair) (04B, Consumables - Products) any of the fol-
lowing components if they are full of oil:
- the cooling radiator,
- the condenser,
- the intercooler.
a parts always to be replaced: turbocharger air
cooler air inlet pipe seal (10,09,04,04).
parts always to be replaced: turbocharger air
cooler air outlet pipe seal (10,09,04,05).

a Remove the intercooler air inlet pipe seal using a
tweezers on the intercooler side.
a
a Refit a new seal to the intercooler air inlet pipe on
the intercooler side.

Note:
Check that the seal of the intercooler air inlet
pipe is fitted the correct way round.
