Engine cooling fan assembly: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Position the vehicle on a two-post lift (see Vehicle:
Towing and lifting) (02A, Lifting equipment).
a Remove:
- the engine cover,
- the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refitting)
(80A, Battery)
- the battery tray (see Battery tray: Removal - Re-
fitting) (80A, Battery).
a Remove the cooling assembly protector bolts (1) .
Note:
T o remove the clips (2) , undo the head of the
bolt head on the clip by a quarter of a turn then
lift it slightly as far as the stop and remove the
clip.
a Remove:
- the cooling assembly protector clips (2) ,
- the cooling assembly protector,
- the engine undertray bolts,
- the engine undertray.
COOLING
a Disconnect the pressure sensor connector (3) .
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART

- the engine cooling fan assembly connector (4) ,
- the engine cooling fan assembly resistor connector
