REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a parts always to be replaced: Catalytic converter
clip (10,08,02,17).
a Always replace the seals between the catalytic pre-
converter and the catalytic converter.
a parts always to be replaced: Catalytic converter
nut (10,08,02,16).
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- the new seals between the catalytic pre-converter
and the catalytic converter,
- the catalytic converter.
a Fit the catalytic converter on the expansion cham-
ber.
a Refit new nuts between the catalytic pre-converter
and the catalytic converter.
a Torque tighten the nuts between the catalytic pre-
converter and the catalytic converter (21 N.m).
a Refit a new clip between the catalytic pre-converter
and the expansion chamber.
a Torque tighten the clip between the catalytic pre-
converter and the expansion chamber (21 N.m).
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit the engine undertray.
a Connect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refit-
ting) (80A, Battery).
