Cooling radiator: Removal - Refitting

On the workbench
a Refit the cooling fan assembly.
a Clip on the cooling fan assembly.
a Refit the condenser.
a Clip on the condenser.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the « cooling radiator - condenser - fan
assembly » assembly.
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Attach the following to the condenser.
- the « compressor - condenser » connecting pipe,
- the « expansion valve - condenser » connecting
pipe.
a Tighten to torque:
- the connecting pipe bracket nut for the
« compressor - condenser » (8 N.m),
- the connecting pipe bracket nut for the
« expansion valve - condenser » (8 N.m).
a Connect the pressure sensor connector.
a Refit the cooling radiator air scoops.
a Clip on the cooling radiator air scoops.
a Connect:
- the bottom cooling hose to the cooling radiator,
- the expansion bottle cooling hose to the cooling ra-
diator,
- the top cooling hose to the cooling radiator.
a Fit:
- the clip of the bottom cooling hose on the cooling
radiator using the tool (Mot. 1448),
- the expansion bottle cooling hose clip on the cool-
ing radiator using the tool (Mot. 1448),
- the clip of the top cooling hose on the cooling radi-
ator using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Clip the fan assembly wiring.
a Connect the fan assembly connectors.
a Refit:
- the front end panel (see Front end panel: Remov-
al - Refitting) (42A, Upper front structure),
- the audible warning (see Audible warning: Re-
moval - Refitting) (82B, Horn),
COOLING
- the bonnet catch (see Bonnet lock: Removal -
- the headlights (see Headlight: Removal - Refit-
- the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
- the front wheel arch liners (see Front wheel arch
- the front wheels (see Wheel: Removal - Refitting)
- the engine undertray.
a Connect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refit-
ting) (80A, Battery).
a Perform the following operations:
- fill and bleed the cooling circuit (see 19A, Cooling,
- fill the refrigerant circuit using a refrigerant charg-
- a leak test (see Refrigerant circuit: Check) (62A,
a Check that the air conditioning is working correctly
(see Air conditioning: Check) (62A, Air condition-
ing).
a Adjust the headlight beams (see Headlight: Adjust-
ment) (80B, Headlights).
a Refit the engine cover.
