Particle filter: Removal - Refitting

- the exhaust flange nuts.
a Torque tighten the exhaust bracket nuts (21 N.m).
a Fit a new After-Sales sleeve (see 19B, Exhaust, Ex-
haust: Precautions for the repair, page 19B-18) .
IMPORTANT
Position the « nut and bolt securing the sleeve »
assembly so that the assembly cannot come into
contact with the underbody.
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Fit without tightening the take-off pipe of the particle
filter pressure sensor.
a Refit the bolt of the particle filter pressure sensor
pipe.
a Torque tighten the particle filter pressure sensor
take-off pipe (21 N.m).
a Refit the take-off pipe of the particle filter tempera-
ture sensor using the tool (Mot. 1807).
a Torque tighten the take-off pipe of the particle fil-
ter temperature sensor (44 N.m) using the tool
(Mot. 1807).
a Clip on the particle filter temperature sensor wiring.
a Refit the engine undertray.
a Connect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refit-
ting) (80A, Battery).
