High pressure pipe between pump and rail: Removal - Refitting

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Remove the protector (2) for the nut of the high pres-
sure pipe between the high pressure pump and the
injector rail, on the high pressure pump side.

a Undo:
- the nut (3) of the high pressure pipe between the
high pressure pump and the injector rail on the high
pressure pump using the tool (Mot. 1566) while
holding the high pressure union using a spanner,
- the nut (4) of the high pressure pipe between the
high pressure pump and the injector rail on the in-
jector rail using the tool (Mot. 1566) while holding
the high pressure union using a spanner.
a Remove:
- the bolt (5) of the high pressure pipe between the
high pressure pump and the injector rail on the
rocker cover,
- the high pressure pipe between the high pressure
pump and the injector rail.
a Insert the blanking plugs.
a Remove the rubber pad between the high pressure
pipe and the rocker cover.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a parts always to be replaced: camshaft sensor
seal (11,11,04,02).
