REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a parts always to be replaced: Catalytic converter
clip (10,08,02,17).
a parts always to be replaced: clip between expan-
sion chamber and silencer (10,08,02,19).
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- the expansion chamber,
- a new clip between the expansion chamber and the
rear silencer,
- a new clip between the catalytic converter and the
expansion chamber.
a Tighten to torque:
- the clip between the expansion chamber and
the rear silencer (21 N.m),
- the clip between the catalytic converter and the
expansion chamber (21 N.m).
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Check:
- that the exhaust system does not touch the heat
shield,
- that there are no leaks.
